What are ticket lotteries?
They're exactly what you think they are! You'll enter a draw and winners will be randomly selected to receive amazing clear-view seats. Ticket lotteries are free to enter, and you will only have to pay if you have been selected as a winner and you want to secure your seats!
Here're a few pointers on how to become a lucky lotto winner:
- Enter into the draw by providing some personal info, the number of tickets you'd like to win, and the performance you'd like to win tickets for. For daily draws, you will only be eligible to win tickets for performances happening that day.
- Once you've entered, you'll have to wait until the draw to find out if you've been lucky!
- If you're not drawn as a winner, don't fret. Either wait for the next draw or see if the show has rush tickets or day seats available!
- If you've been selected as a winner - woohoo! You'll be notified about your win by email (and maybe a push notification). You'll have a limited time from the point you're notified to pay for & secure your tickets - if you don't pay in time, the tickets will be redistributed to an entrant on the waiting list.
- Be sure to check the maximum number of tickets available to purchase - most shows only allow you to buy 2 lottery tickets per customer
- Be sure you're purchasing tickets for the right show title, date & time - especially on days where there are matinee (afternoon) and evening performances! Vendors usually cannot exchange or refund lottery tickets once they have been purchased!

Ticket Limit: 2 per customer
When: Enter from 12:01AM (UK Time) every Friday. Entries will close at 1PM (UK Time) the following Thursday, for applicable performances for the following week.
If you win: You will be notified by email & push notification between 1PM - 6PM on Thursday, and have 30 minutes to purchase your tickets. Once purchased, tickets will be emailed to you.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Parts 1 & 2)
Ticket Price: £40 (£20 per part)

Ticket Limit: 2 per customer
When: Enter from 12:01AM (UK Time) every Monday. Entries will close at 1PM (UK Time) on Friday, for applicable performances for the following week.
If you win: You will be notified by email & push notification between 1PM - 5PM (UK Time) on Friday, and have 30 minutes to purchase your tickets. Once purchased, tickets will be emailed to you.
Matilda the Musical

If you win: You will be emailed within five or three days of the relevant Lottery draw to notify you of your win. Once purchased, tickets will be emailed to you.
