See it if You're interested in a fascinating, raw, inventively reimagined version of Othello where Iago (Daniel Craig) is clearly the lead character.

Don't see it if If you're put off by modern Shakespeare stagings. Or if you can't handle ultra-hard bench seats. No kidding: bring your own 2 pillows.

Suzanne Zee gave Anna Christie a 85

Absorbing, Thought-provoking, Great staging, Intense

See it if well done, well made plays appeal to you. The theme revolves around dramatic points that should be dated but disturbingly remain relevant.

Don't see it if your taste favors experimental, interactive or environmental theater. This show is a very traditional drama. Also theater is far from subway

Jenna the Musical gave The Band's Visit (Broadway) a 82

Thought-provoking, Slow, Relevant, Great staging, Heartwarming

See it if you want a show with heart that explores a little known event. This show covers many important themes/issues in today's political climate.

Don't see it if you're looking for a light night at the theatre. This show makes you think and definitely isn't a big flashy musical.

See it if You want to hear excellent musicians singing fun and clever music that expertly shows off their talent and tastefully pokes fun at the MTA.

Don't see it if You don't like acapella music or cannot sit through 100 minutes without an intermission.

divaraven gave The Elements of Oz a 80

Absorbing, Ambitious, Thought-provoking, Intelligent, Confusing
December 8th, 2016

See it if you're a Wizard of Oz fan. This high-tech experience is both a tribute to and deconstruction of its mythos and the magic of making movies.

Don't see it if you don't know the Wizard of Oz very well. You need a tablet or smartphone to enjoy the augmented reality app otherwise you miss too much.

Jordan46 gave Tiny Beautiful Things a 80

Thought-provoking, Intelligent, Resonant, Ambitious, Great acting

See it if You like a heartfelt and emotional play about life, grief, and forgiveness. Most people will find something relatable to their own lives.

Don't see it if You want more action. The plot is revealed slowly and beautifully in a series of questions and answers.
