"The Witch's Rap"
(Inspired by 2002 Best Musical Revival winner "Into the Woods")
2 oz. reposado tequila (can be substituted for blanco tequila)
3/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. Zucca
1/4 oz. honey
Muddled cucumber and basil
Shaken. Served on the rocks with a basil and cucumber garnish.
"The Tony Award"
2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. lemon
3/4 oz. honey
1/4 oz. suze
Spritz of orange blossom water spray
Topped with Club soda
Shaken served in a Tom Collins glass
"A Glass to Freedom"
(Inspired by "Hamilton" and created by Jesse Taylor)
1 1/2 oz. rye
3/4 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. Benedictine
1/4 oz. angostura Amaro
2 dashes angostura
Stirred. Served up in a coupe glass with an orange twist.
