See it if you like absorbing revivals-this is more compelling than the original Broadway version. you like great acting/staging/production.

Don't see it if You are offended by foul language and sexual situations and mentions of drug and alcohol useage.

See it if You want to catch Adam Driver in a major performance. Good revival overall

Don't see it if You need it to be pitch perfect. Keri Russell has good chemistry with Driver.

See it if If you like Lanford Wilson's plays and a are big fan of the great cast members.

Don't see it if If you don't like drawn out dramadies about grief, relationships and lost souls.

See it if You want to see Adam Driver and Kerri Russell, despite the lack of chemistry and lack of an interesting plot

Don't see it if You appreciate subtlety and elegance and chemistry and plot and you do not want to see an event lacking in all those qualities

See it if You want to see Adam Driver on stage - he is giving a masterful performance. Brandon Uranowitz is also excellent.

Don't see it if You don't like straight plays.

Also This production is all around excellent, although I do have a couple of quibbles. The cast was uniformly great, with the exception of Keri Russell. Although there were several instances in which she shone, her performance often felt very predetermined - as if she was only saying the lines because she had to, not because she was performing as a different character. Additionally, I did not believe that the two main characters had strong feelings for each other. Don't see it if you're expecting it to be a "romantic" show at all. it felt more like a long emotionally abusive relationship with humor tossed in

See it if You like these 2 actors especially Adam Driver who exceeds playing a part that would be boring except for his take on it -closing this week

Don't see it if you do not buy into why these people could possibly fall in love, condoning the male lead's boorish behavior.

Also Having seen "Burn this" and "Frankie and Johnny" back to back, I find both plays remarkably similar in tone with the male characters. Driver and Shannon play characters so repellent that I find it appalling why the women are drawn to them. It reflects the severe low self-esteem that these women possess to fall for their unctuous behavior. Or just bad writing to compel us to buy into these 2 damaged relationships. Don't see it if Dated, clichéd, thinly drawn characters, without the heart to back up the fireworks. Good acting though and staging.

See it if You like intelligent comedy, witty dialogue and very good character interaction.

Don't see it if If you can’t handle profanity or if you are expecting a typical love story

See it if Adam Driver and Keri Russel deliver terrific work in this engaging romantic drama filled with sharp dialogue and well realized characters.

Don't see it if Not for everyone. Will play more for adult audiences into patient, character driven theatre.

See it if Adam Driver was fascinating to watch. He was definitely a force on the stage. Great music throughout. Reminded me of childhood dreams.

Don't see it if You expect the same energy from the rest of the cast. Driver is a force and sometimes other "characters" were just standing in the way

Don't see it if you get resentful or beyond distracted by slow performance... Kerri Russell struggles in this. Could be the writing or directing for her
