Three-time Emmy Award nominee Adam Driver ("Star Wars: The Last Jedi") and Golden Globe Award winner Keri Russell ("The Americans") star in the first-ever Broadway revival of Lanford Wilson’s acclaimed play. More…
'Burn This' tells the story of four New Yorkers whose lives are uprooted by a young dancer's accidental death. Set in downtown New York in the raw and gritty 1980s, the combustible drama explores the spiritual and emotional isolation of the dangerous, sexy, raw, and demanding Pale (Adam Driver) and the modern dancer Anna (Keri Russell), and their tempestuous relationship after the two iconoclasts are brought together in the wake of a life-changing personal tragedy. Directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer.
See it if you like absorbing revivals-this is more compelling than the original Broadway version. you like great acting/staging/production.
Don't see it if You are offended by foul language and sexual situations and mentions of drug and alcohol useage.
See it if If you like Lanford Wilson's plays and a are big fan of the great cast members.
Don't see it if If you don't like drawn out dramadies about grief, relationships and lost souls.

Don't see it if You appreciate subtlety and elegance and chemistry and plot and you do not want to see an event lacking in all those qualities
See it if you like intense drama relating to relationships and grief / you like the actors / you like the playwright
Don't see it if you're expecting it to be a "romantic" show at all. it felt more like a long emotionally abusive relationship with humor tossed in
See it if You like these 2 actors especially Adam Driver who exceeds playing a part that would be boring except for his take on it -closing this week
Don't see it if You expect some music not a full drama -could be intense in some areas
See it if You like a resonating well acted funny play about grief and love.
Don't see it if You don’t like plays with profanity and about relationships, love and art
See it if you are "those types" of star-gazers wanting to see Driver and Russell walking the boards and waiting backstage for an autograph.

See it if You would like to see a very big performance by Adam Driver.

See it if Adam Driver and Keri Russel deliver terrific work in this engaging romantic drama filled with sharp dialogue and well realized characters.
Don't see it if Not for everyone. Will play more for adult audiences into patient, character driven theatre.
See it if Adam Driver was fascinating to watch. He was definitely a force on the stage. Great music throughout. Reminded me of childhood dreams.
Don't see it if You expect the same energy from the rest of the cast. Driver is a force and sometimes other "characters" were just standing in the way
See it if you are a fan of Adam Driver. HIs performance is riveting.
Don't see it if you are looking for Keri Russell to be as amazing as she is in The Americans. Her performance is wooden and stilted.
See it if you are an Adam Driver fan and want to see him act with intensity up close. You enjoy an off-beat drama that's not too serious.

Don't see it if You aren’t ready for a burly and intense performance from Adam Driver.
See it if You will appreciate an awesome performance from Adam Driver or you’re just generally curious about the Kerry-Adam match up in this show.
Don't see it if you get resentful or beyond distracted by slow performance... Kerri Russell struggles in this. Could be the writing or directing for her
