From the show:
From stage to screen, two-time Olivier Award winner Derren Brown has mesmerized millions worldwide with his unique brand of mind reading, persuasion, and psychological illusion. Now, for the first time ever, this U.K. phenomenon and Netflix star brings his talents to Broadway.
After a sold-out, critically acclaimed run off-Broadway at the Atlantic Theater Company, Derren Brown: Secret returns with a spellbinding experience that dares us — in the most jaw-dropping way — to take a closer look at the stories and beliefs that guide our lives. Behold a theatrical event of the mind in this “thrilling spectacle of psychological magic” (Entertainment Weekly). Performances begin September 6 at the Cort Theatre.
See it if you want to see some of the best magic and showmanship that has been on a Broadway stage in a while. I now believe Derren can read minds.
Don't see it if the idea that someone can break into your thoughts and secrets makes you uncomfortable. There is a lot of audience participation.
See it if Brown has a deft showmanship to spotlight has remarkable gifts and I enjoyed the show more than expected
Don't see it if Prospective audience members should read on existing press for show so they are aware of the show the will be attending
See it if you are open to seeing something that isn't a play but is equally entertaining

See it if You are a fan of mind games. Brown is a master at "mind reading" I have no idea how he does what he does and won't even begin to try
Don't see it if you are looking for a traditional play. this is more a 2 hour night club act but given that it IS worth seeing
See it if you want an evening that's completely different with astonishing and seemingly inexplicable outcomes and lots of audience participation.
Don't see it if you don't like mentalism, psychic experiments, or audience participation.
See it if You’re willing to surrender yourself to the fun and possibilities. Go with a friend and you’ll be asking each other what just happened?
Don't see it if You don’t enjoy the banter& audience participation. Got to discuss the surprises after with people who were on stage & we were all baffled!

Don't see it if You are a skeptic. You will not appreciate what takes place.
See it if you enjoy illusionist/mentalist shows. Brown’s mind reading and painting capabilities were very entertaining.

See it if you want to be spellbound. This guy is a total showman.
Don't see it if you're not into mentalists or tricksters. You're missing out though. I'm not a big fan of this stuff, but it was still fascinating to watch
See it if Derren Brown has a 'Secret' but the only way to 'really' learn it is to attend the show more than once. He has other secrets too ... yours!!
Don't see it if Don't see if you can't keep secrets nor wish to reveal any. Skip if U don't like improv-oriented shows that require audience participation.
See it if You are into illusion and mind reading. You will be mystified and blown away by this wonderful, entertaining man.
Don't see it if You are not into illusion and mind reading.
See it if nothing entertains you quite like an illusionist who predicts the future and reads the minds of audience members right before your eyes.
Don't see it if you live in mortal fear of audience participation, you insist on being the smartest person in the room or you like razzmatazz in your magic.
Also Memorable line: "That's not what the word 'secret' means."
