Thought-provoking, Great staging, Profound, Relevant, Riveting

See it if You like the album, you want to see something modern, that pushes the boundary. Gorgeously staged and choreographed. Very relevant to times

Don't see it if you are easily offended by language or sexuality. Many serious topics covered, including rape, violence, drug use.

Relevant, Intelligent, Great writing, Great staging, Great singing

See it if You are a fan of Morrisette and if you want to experience a thrilling new play with a collage of musical styles that accent a terrific book

Don't see it if The only reason I can think of to not see this show is if you cannot tolerate a few short songs at an ear-splitting level of amplified sound

Absorbing, Resonant, Relevant, Great staging, Great singing

See it if Fine-tuned musical that deals with tough subjects, but does not pander. Alanis’s heart, soul and brain lives in this musical.

Don't see it if This is not a rock concert, nor should it be. Put your expectations, and see JLP with an open mind and heart.

See it if If you want to hit a mess of today’s issues in one entertaining evening. You will relate to well formed characters.

Don't see it if If reality is too threatening. I was reluctantly pulled into this accomplished musical but definitely was.

"But, as with most jukebox musicals, far too many songs simply don't connect enough to the surrounding story. At times, it actually seems as if a surprise concert has broken out during a play. Rather than attempt to bring these disparate pieces together, Paulus instead turns into the skid."

"Patten is humble on the stage, but there is serious power in her thoughtful performance, which brought us to all to our feet. Seriously, the guy next to me who could barely stand without help, got up to cheer."
