See it if It’s an important work about assimilation and antisemitism and resonates very much today. Another brilliant Tom Stoppard work.
Don't see it if It’s a bit long without an intermission but still should see, lest history should repeat itself.
See it if Well told, well acted. Runs 2hrs 10mins NO INTERMISSION. Doesn't need one.
Don't see it if You don't like multigenerational family stories, Jewish themed plays.
See it if A must-see for all. A deeply affecting story of a family in Vienna from 1899 through WW2 and the effects of anti-semitism through the years

See it if you want to see a truly moving drama with great sets, great acting, great writing. It is not just a Jewish story it is about being a human.
Don't see it if you are triggered by anything related to the Holocaust but if you want to see a story from a real human point of view...Go! Read more
See it if You are interested in that period in history and you don't mind crying.
Don't see it if You want something up-lifting. It's funny in parts but it's subject is very serious and intense.
See it if you like a moving, autobiographical look at Tom Stoppard's extended family in Vienna from 1899 to 1955: Definitely a MUST-SEE!!!
Don't see it if you don't like to see theatre dealing with the Holocaust, even if done so in a unique way. You would miss amazing writing & acting, though!!
See it if You are interested in technical elements. The staging and direction is beautiful. The storyline was gripping with incredible acting.

See it if you want a story that needed to be told and Stoppard at his best. A powerful play that is beautifully acted, staged and directed.
