Great writing, Edgy, Controversial, Intense, Buzzy

See it if you want to be challenged.

Provocative, Edgy, Relevant, Thought-provoking, Great acting

See it if you want to see an interesting, well written play dealing with themes of interracial couples, sex, and history of slavery; like plot twists.

Don't see it if you don't like plays dealing with racial themes, frank racial & sexual language, sexual scenes and imagery. Some slow & talky scenes.

Great writing, Great staging, Great acting, Clever, Absorbing

See it if you want to see something different that deals with controversial issues such as race, homosexuality, slavery, etc.

Don't see it if you're easily offended by nudity, depiction of homosexuality and slavery on stage. The playwright does a lot to add shock value.
