See it if You absolutely love cher and her music.

Don't see it if you want to see a better written show and you don't like jukebox musicals.

See it if A fan of Cher, Bob Mackie or dancer Ashley Blair Fitzgerald, whose Dark Lady stops the show. Fun if at times clichéd, good embrace of Cher.

Don't see it if Not a fan or expecting the production as a whole to match the costumes. Terrific singing & Block's vocals nail Cher, but in all a thin bio.

Also The world is a better place for having Cher in it, & how fun to have this show, in spite of its flaws, to remind us. The Mackie costumes are wonderfully extravagant, and wonderful to see onstage, setting a high bar that sets the tone for the show, and which for the most part sets this above the usual commercial Broadway jukebox.

Micaela Diamond & Stephanie J. Block are the best of the Chers, though Block by far is the strongest vocal presence & anchor for the show, gamely plowing through the weak script, whose frequent mention of “bitches” seems to serve as the short-cut code for all things Cher.

Act I flies by fun, fluid, a bit campy and of a piece until Ashley Blair Fitzgerald's sizzling Dark Lady stops the show in Act II. One of the most gifted dancers around, the depth and intelligence of her dancing and the choreography in this number jump out as if from some other better and more interesting show; a taste of what might have been. See it if You are a Cher fan, love her career, her wonderful wardrobe. The singing & dancing, customer are terrific!

Don't see it if you don't like Cher

See it if you can tolerate badly written dialogue to enjoy the show for what it is. SJ Block transforms into Cher. Costumes & ensemble are highlights.

Don't see it if you want something deeper than a superficial story of Cher's life. If you aren't a fan of her music.

Also I enjoyed this while being aware as I was watching it that it wasn't a well written show. If you can put aside the book and enjoy the spectacle it's a fun night out.... Read more Read less

Don't see it if you don't want a full on sparkle fest.

See it if you are a fan of Cher or know nothing about her. Fans have the time of their lives and others learn about this incredible icon. So much fun!

Don't see it if you cannot stand rude theatre etiquette. A lot of her super fans would not stop singing which is quite upsetting to any true theatergoer.

See it if You want to have fun. Great from beginning to end. Must see if you like Cher. Great music, TOWERING performance from Stephanie J. Block.

Don't see it if You don’t like Cher, don’t like jukebox musicals, and that’s about it. It was funny, entertaining, had great performances, and was FUN.

Also This was all about Stephanie J. Block and Cher. Teal Wicks and Michaela Diamond were very good, but supporting. There’s a reason SJB played “Star”. Don't see it if you want deep insight into Cher, the woman. Didn't care for all 3 Cher's (different ages) being on stage together most of show

See it if you can appreciate camp at a high level and are not expecting a straight-laced biomusical

See it if Original 3 Chers are epic and well cast; Cher fans will be brought back to all her eras; smartly conceived in 3-5 minute scenes

Don't see it if Broadway orchestrated Gregg Allman started Act 2 problems in book and concept that served Act 1 so well

See it if you are a huge Cher fan, if you want to see fantastic performances by 3 actresses/singers playing Cher. Or if you love Bob Mackie costumes.

Don't see it if you are bothered by biographical shows that whitewash the story, if you expect high art, or if you just don't like Cher's persona or music.

See it if you are a Cher fan and want to see a well-acted and well-sung story of her life.

See it if You are a Cher fan. It is visually stunning. The costumes and sets are quintessential Broadway.

See it if you like Cher and want to see her life story portrayed. There are 3 people who play Cher that intermingle at various parts of her career.

Don't see it if if you are want a concert of all of her beloved hits in chronological order. The show is more about Cher life rather than her music.

See it if you love jukebox musicals, a fan of Cher or love the 70's. It was great entertainment!

See it if you are a big fan of Cher and are ok with some flexibility for art's sake, the story is "artistically" written and probably takes liberties

Don't see it if You want impeccable writing, while this was a nice show, it was a little off on the writing, something about it was just odd
