Don't see it if you'll be disappointed by low-budget special effects and sets, you expect more.

Insipid, Disappointing, Overrated

See it if You are accompanied by a child or grandchild who has read and loves the Percy Jackson books. The audience will be full of screaming children

Don't see it if Show is a (bad)school production. Scenery is cardboard,toilet paper,etc. Assumes that children are unsophisticated theatergoers.

See it if you’ve read the books and are a big fan of musical theatre targeted to teens

Don't see it if Production values are very low. Worst lighting design I've seen in a Broadway show. Set design is lazy. Direction sub-par.

See it if You love the book and want a true to the story version of Percy Jackson! Chris McCarrell! It's so weird at times, it's great.
