Dated, Romantic, Slow, Epic, Great singing

See it if you want see a classical and world famous musical, have limited time and wanna sing along. Best singers.

Don't see it if the story is too familiar to be exciting, stage and performance are just as classic as you can imagine. Nothing new, nothing fancy.

Great staging, Epic

See it if you like a traditional Broadway musical full of spectacle -- though the famed chandelier is disappointing.

Don't see it if you want amazing. Solid, well staged but not exceptional in any way. Take your parents.

Confusing, Disappointing, Great singing, Excruciating, Overrated

See it if you love opera or classic Broadway

Don't see it if you are not willing to sit through 2 and a half hours of singing. This is not a show for young people or people who like excitement.

Ambitious, Epic, Great staging, Intense, Long

See it if It's a classic, but it's also a bit boring, very long-in-the-tooth, and there's many more (and better) shows to spend money on.

Don't see it if you know the music already. Not worth the money.
