Creative staging, interesting concept, cliched characters

See it if You adore the costumes of the early twentieth century.

Don't see it if You have little tolerance for over emoted stock characters.

Slow, confusing, so-so mcgovern

See it if you get a cheap ticket or you think you must see McGovern.

Don't see it if you have something more interesting to do with your time. McGovern is not riveting.

Disappointing, Well done

See it if you like old play revivals. Everything was fine (acting, staging, costumes) except the story. Good performances could not save the show.

Don't see it if don't like plays British plays with a subtle message. I did not understand the references to class politics.

Dated, Slow, Well acted, Predictable, Impressive staging

See it if you'd like to see a staged version of Downton Abbey; a family's slow and apparently inevitable ruin caused by their own blindness

Don't see it if you're expecting time travel, genuinely fantastic elements (though the staging comes close i suppose), or a refreshing story

Slow, Dramatic, Intense

See it if you want to see Anna Camp or Elizabeth McGovern in interesting roles, and you like shows about family dynamics through time

Don't see it if you are looking for a straightforward or comedic show, the overall drama consumes the play, and the actors play right into the drama

Delightful, Fluffy, Quirky, Slow

See it if you wanted to see a cast of pretty talented actors

Don't see it if you prefer a more interesting plot about time
