Disjointed, Cheap

See it if you have a gotta-catch-em-all mentality towards site-specific theater.

Don't see it if you want to see a de facto Great Gatsby.

Masterful, Great acting, Entertaining, Delightful, Absorbing

See it if this isn't a conventional show, there's no stage and audience, everyone is mingled, walking room to room, witnessing everything first hand

Don't see it if probably with kids, or if you don't want to be involved in the play

See it if You enjoyed the book and like immersive theatre

Immersive, Refreshing, Quirky, Entertaining, Absorbing

See it if You enjoy the book and want a more engaging, different play experience. Actors stay in character throughout and the different rooms was fun

Don't see it if You didn't like the book, or don't want to get involved in the immersive experience. You may have to be part of the show

London’s longest-running immersive theatre show is a fun night out, but not a lot more than that...really, it’s no more articulate an adaptation than that gif of Leonardo DiCaprio toasting the camera.'

The return of the hit show is a tonic, but a restricted 'immersive' experience rather hampers the fun...As soon as the show can be restored to full ambulatory glory, I’ll be back like a shot.'

Everything you’d expect from a show set in the 1920s is there: the Charleston, the bob hair cuts, the constant talk about motor cars. But it’s missing the exorbitant lavishness that you get from the original.'
