See it if You would like a night at the club, where there is a story being told with great choreography and amazing lead vocals.
Don't see it if drunk white girls not paying attention the show and just screaming conversations in the middle of the stage would bother you.
See it if You want to see a very smart script with some really amazing, up close performances.
Don't see it if You NEED closure or for everything to be explained. It’s a weird show, which I loved, but the stranger next to me HATED.
See it if you know Macbeth pretty well and you want to see a very different, sometimes powerful version of it.
Don't see it if you don't like small spaces or can't sit on a milk crate. Also, if you have social anxiety, DO NOT GET THERE EARLY.
See it if you want to see an amazing ensemble put on a funny and charming show. Some real magic happens up there.
Don't see it if you would get bored by the monotony of seeing the same day over and over again.
See it if you already like the show. This is a good production of it, with the same spectacle you've come to expect.
Don't see it if you know you don't like Miss Saigon. This won't change your mind.
See it if you want to see a relevant, touching story, with some REALLY, REALLY great performances. Act 2 crushed me.
Don't see it if you aren't a fan of contemporary musical theatre writing.
See it if you like the cliché rom-com musical. 3/4 of the cast is really talented, especially the two leads. Half of the music is really good.
Don't see it if you can't tolerate a really un-even book. Also don't see it if you don't have an imagination of your own, this show REQUIRES it.
See it if you want to see a great script come to life by the hands of some great actors. Good family drama.
Don't see it if you are easily distracted by a terrible set...that third act house....yikes.
See it if you are a fan of the characters, obviously, but also if you love to hate New York.
Don't see it if you know nothing about this city. Lots of inside jokes that would go over a tourist's head.
See it if you want to see a fairly interesting, modern look at wanting to escape the life you lead. Some really strong acting here.
Don't see it if you want to see a show that makes a strange turn in the final scene, that just doesn't feel right.
See it if you want to see a pretty good version of the (unfortunately) rarely-produced, superior version of The Wild Party. GREAT use of the space.
Don't see it if you like Lippa's Wild Party.
See it if you like mostly good actors doing long monologues. Very Chekhov-esque, as many have said.
Don't see it if you get bored with long winded monologues. I felt like I was watching Long Day's Journey into Night again, but without Jessica Lange.
See it if You want to see 3 women deliver stellar performances. I’ve read this show multiple times, first time seeing it & it exceeded expectations.
Don't see it if You don’t like existential plays.
See it if you want to see a fun, new musical, with an incredible, diverse cast.
Don't see it if you don't like new works that clearly have some work to be done on them.
See it if you already love the source material. Carolee is the best Lovett I've ever seen.
Don't see it if you don't know the show that well. While the staging is very clever and charming, it leads to clumsy moments in the climax of the show.
See it if you want to laugh. My stomach hurt from laughing so much when it was over.
Don't see it if you don't think physical comedy is funny.
See it if you like a seriously intense drama about the working class. The writing here is incredible and the cast is up for the challenge.
Don't see it if you get bored at a play.
See it if you are a Sondheim fan. And if you want to see some great tech/lighting. Great performances all around.
Don't see it if you are expecting the best sung version of this show. However, the acting more than makes up for it.
See it if you want to see a show headed in a great direction. Very entertaining with great music! (I liked the music here better than in Natasha...)
Don't see it if You are easily offended.
See it if you want to see some incredible staging and some amazing tech.
Don't see it if you don't like historical fiction set to semi-anachronistic music. Or if you are expecting traditional musical theatre.
See it if you don't want to pay for Sleep No More. See it if you like burlesque style performances.
Don't see it if you are uncomfortable with speaking and interacting with actors. Nothing TOO raunchy, but if burlesque makes you uncomfortable, skip it.
See it if you know some Shakespeare and want to have a great time. Still a lot of fun, even if you don't know a lot about Shakespeare.
Don't see it if you are a prude with no sense of humor.
See it if you want to see an excellent ensemble. The leads are okay, but the ensemble really shines.
Don't see it if you would be bothered by a shallow interpretation of a great work.
See it if you like immersive theatre and/or Viewpoints compositions. Not a lot of coherence here, but entertaining all the same.
Don't see it if you don't like being in direct contact with the theatre you see. Or if you don't like reading subtitles.
See it if you want a truly unique experience. I seriously can't wait to go back and see what I missed.
Don't see it if you have a hard time running up and down stairs. Or if you need a clear, narrative plot spoonfed to you.
See it if you want to see a really strong ensemble dance their butts off to some Berlin classics.
Don't see it if you like chemistry between any of your leading players. Also, the book is not so hot.
See it if you wanna see a great version of one of Shakespeare's less produced show. And if you love EPIC battle scenes.
Don't see it if you don't like Shakespeare. Obviously.
