See it if you want to see a powerful and moving dramatic Broadway show. It is slow moving but will grab you.

Don't see it if you only like lighthearted musical comedies. This is a serious drama.

Also A detailed knowledge of the issues surrounding the strife in Northern Ireland and the IRA, the hunger strikes and Margaret Thatcher is beneficial but not critical. See it if Fabulous acting. The show was originally produced decades ago, but it is not dated and deals with human emotions that anyone can relate to.

See it if you want to see a show about a relationship between two people. The first act is good, the second act falls flat.

Don't see it if you want to see a show that is dynamic. The second act is like a glass of warm milk...Not much energy.

See it if The Grifters meets The Sting meets a pool hall on Broadway. Great to see a game of snookers played with a champion.
