See it if You're tired of old productions of West Side Story and are looking for something perhaps more modern
Don't see it if You're any kind of a West Side Story traditionalist. You don't want to watch what seemed like half the musical on a video screen.
See it if You can appreciate good ensemble acting from an experienced cast and a witty, absorbing script.
Don't see it if You're more into lavish Broadway productions, though this was one of the better off-Broadway shows I've seen.
See it if You like quirky off-Broadway shows. The entire show is done in iambic-pentameter and is well written and hilarious.
Don't see it if You're looking for a more traditional theater experience.
See it if You're looking to get in out of the rain and your dentist is booked.
Don't see it if You enjoy well-written, well-directed and well-acted plays (though I feel sorry for the actors who signed up for this mess).
See it if You enjoy the occasional offbeat production, great satire and clever staging
Don't see it if You're conservative, especially religiously conservative or are looking for a more mainstream type play.
See it if You're well-versed in the Batman movies. Not merely aware of these films, but perhaps a student of them
Don't see it if You don't know (or remember) much about the Batman movies
See it if You enjoy good ensemble acting and a well-written, engaging play in a comfortable small theater.
Don't see it if You're not an off-Broadway fan or don't like Irish playwrights.
See it if You enjoyed the movie. Appreciate great acting and are socially conscious.
Don't see it if You can’t score center seats, or something close, like 5 seats off the center section. Staging makes for way too many view obstructed seats
See it if You enjoy well-written, well acted plays that represent the best of off-Broadway and can appreciate the quality of Barrow productions.
Don't see it if You're more of a Broadway person who isn't interested in theater on a smaller scale.
See it if You like Americana and most particularly, the Dead. I enjoyed that there was some interpretation of the songs, not just straight covers.
Don't see it if You're looking for a great play. The dialogue pretty much exists to set up the songs.
