See it if mentalism, illusion, and cheeky British men. I was thrilled to see Derren Brown perform live. Great fun, and family friendly.
Don't see it if You don't like magic, or have seen a lot of Derren Brown's televised programs. There's not a lot of new material in this show.
See it if you can tomorrow. It's closing. It must have really tightened up, because the reviews here are not reflective how fantastic this show is.
Don't see it if If you hate terrific dramas with great acting, and wonderful direction. This show is wonderful.
See it if if you feel like trudging through an hour of "meh" for 20 to 30 minutes of "clever." This show had a concept that never really took flight.

See it if You have an interest in the history of structural subjugation, love the work of Suzan-Lori Parks, and can forgive uneven direction.
Don't see it if You can't stomach feeling like one of Baartman's original spectators. It creates tremendous unease, intentionally--to the director's credit
See it if If you loved "Hamilton." This is in a similar vein: a smart, moving, infectious political satire...I loved every single minute of it.
Don't see it if If you don't like musicals, and have no sense of humor.
See it if you want to see an ambitious drama that is reflective of the present state of the world, and the many challenges we currently face.
Don't see it if You're sensitive to sound, light, or violent acts on stage. The play can be brutal and sensorially overwhelming at times.
See it if you like light-hearted comedies that have an emotional punch. I was moved to tears on more than one occasion. The cast was fantastic.
Don't see it if you don't like family dramas.
See it if you can afford it. Even if you think it will fall short of your expectations (as I did)...it won't. Touching, funny, brilliant.
Don't see it if buying tickets will make you be late on the rent. But cut your cable if necessary. It's worth it.
See it if You've struggled w/depression, or know someone who has. An incredibly honest, moving, and funny show which never feels self-indulgent.
Don't see it if you hate solo shows. Though I feel this is one of the best I've ever seen.
See it if This is a a gripping, timely, and entertaining play. I plan on seeing it a second time! Highly recommend.
Don't see it if If you have no interest in spending a wonderful night at the theater.
