See it if You're interested in a delightful, uplifting and moving story punctuated by catchy pop-style songs. Laura Michelle Kelly was amazing.
Don't see it if You don't enjoy Peter Pan or a somewhat predictable plot-line. Or somewhat belabored Scottish accents.
See it if You appreciate dance as a mode of storytelling, love Gershwin, want to sink into romance. Robert Fairchild and Leanne Cope were enchanting.
Don't see it if You don't enjoy the classic Broadway style.
See it if Loved the questions this posed about the fraught relationship between flawed mother and daughter. Beautifully acted between the two.
Don't see it if If you don't like musicals?
See it if Delightful and fun, one of the jukebox musicals that truly works!
Don't see it if If you don't like jukebox musicals at all, or the songs of the era portrayed, maybe skip it.

Don't see it if If you want razzle-dazzle, this isn't the show for you.

Don't see it if If you have the original film memorized, the interruption of the songs may seem strange and unnecessary.
See it if Wonderful performances by Laura Benanti and Henry Haydn-Patton. I particularly adored the staging and musical arrangements.
Don't see it if If you're not a fan of the original musical, or if you are a stickler for accents...
See it if I saw this both off-Broadway and on and it was spectacular and moving each time. An amazing depiction of teenage anxiety and parental love.

Don't see it if Alas, it has closed.
See it if Adored all 3 principals interacting for this one. Sparks some fun conversation about the nature of truth, although not exactly revelatory.
Don't see it if If for some reason you don't like Cherry Jones or Daniel Radcliffe or Bobby Canavale? Why are you going to Broadway, again?
See it if Magical! If you love Harry Potter, this is the show for you. I recommend going in without reading the play first, for maximum surprise!
Don't see it if If you haven't read Harry Potter, don't see this show.
See it if The puppet/puppeteers was/were amazing.
Don't see it if The music was largely uninspiring, the choreography a bit messy, the story defied attempts to expand it to incorporate a feminist bent.
See it if Beautiful, calm and sweet, it is paced slowly, as though it should be sipped and taken in like a good, hot tea. The music grows on you, too.
Don't see it if If you prefer big, showy dance numbers, you won't get that here. Likewise you won't learn deep truths about the universe, but worth the time
See it if Fantastic story about friendship and being open to new ideas. Absolutely adored the choreography and staging, particularly the boxing ring!
Don't see it if If you don't like upbeat musicals?
