See it if You want to experience a completely unique aural experience on Broadway. A fascinating story told in an incredible way.
Don't see it if A show that requires careful listening with minimal action on stage might be boring to you. I found the show to be about 25 mins too long.
See it if You want to see a cruise-ship-like review of songs from the 1960's with very sexy, often scantily clad dancers doing some hot choreography.
Don't see it if You want more then a feeble thread of a story linking together some familiar music that is only related by the era from which they come.
See it if You want to be blown away by: scenery, choreography, costumes, puppetry, projections, orchestra, vocals. I cried twice! (Did not expect to.)
Don't see it if You want depth or substance from book. (Though DCB's book was funny and never dragged, so props to him!)
See it if You are a fan of the extensive catalogue of Carole King's songs and want to spend an evening learning her story.

Don't see it if You are unable to walk/explore multiple floors of dark and often creepy sets independently. This is very much a solo experience.
