See it if If you don’t need your musicals to be “big”. If you liked “Once” . I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

See it if You’ve seen the movie and the one man Broadway show of the same material and enjoyed it, especially if you grew up in the Bronx or Brooklyn.

Don't see it if Are offended by “ mob connections”.

See it if You like big musicals with great costumes and a familiar score and You want to make sure you can say you saw it with Bette Midler.

Don't see it if You prefer not to see a dated show in which a major part of the audience constantly stands and cheers the star throughout the show.
