If you like this person's taste, follow him or her!
See it if you like old-fashioned, straightforward dramas; you're a fan of someone in the cast (breakout work by Alex Mickiewicz!).
Don't see it if you don't want to see another play about white men. The script is very traditional; don't go expecting anything new or fresh.
See it if You’re interested in a very cool reimagining of a classic show, with a fantastic cast and terrific singing and dancing.
Don't see it if You’re a Molly Brown purist.
See it if you like Lucas Hnath; you want to see some very good acting; you like ghost stories; you don't need a flashy production.
Don't see it if talk about the supernatural upsets you; you have a problem sitting in a theatre with the house lights up; you don't like black boxes.
See it if you love The Crucible but can't stomach another straightforward, old-fashioned production, and if you like good acting / interesting staging
Don't see it if you like your Miller traditional. There are some off-the-wall choices here, and lots of them work - but if you're a purist, you may be mad.
See it if you liked the movie; you like Macbeth; you love a fun, cheeky musical that doesn't take itself too seriously! The cast is terrific.
Don't see it if you're a Macbeth purist.
See it if you just *have* to see for yourself what all the fuss is about.
Don't see it if you have any affection for the book, the movie, the other play. It's a needless rewrite of a classic.
See it if you like killer, dense writing and absolutely terrific acting, direction, and design! This play will stick with me for a long, long time.
Don't see it if you get scared by loud noises.
See it if you want to support emerging artists; you're a curious horror diehard who wants to see a new co. try their hand at it. Great makeup & sound.
Don't see it if you don't like screaming onstage; violence or implied sexual assault are a trigger for you.
See it if you really love Adam Kantor; you are interested in old-fashioned (in a bad way) storytelling; you like new musicals no matter what.
Don't see it if you don't have the patience for a super trite, badly-written book; you want to see complex, fleshed-out characters; alcoholism is a trigger.
See it if ...you are interested in a contemporary take on a classic tale; if you are a fan of Bobby C. or Rose B.; if you like modern productions.
Don't see it if ...violence or the implication of violence is problematic for you; you want to see a classical production of Medea.
See it if you're interested in documentary theatre; you want to see what an FBI interrogation is really like; you're interested in EXCELLENT acting.
Don't see it if the idea of watching a transcript being acted out sounds boring to you.
See it if you love Marisa Tomei or you love the play. If one of those two things aren't true, this could be a very long night.
Don't see it if you need an old-fashioned design concept; you don't like Williams; you hate corny Italian accents.
See it if you love Joshua Henry (and who doesn't)! He's terrific. The rest of the cast is excellent as well, particularly Ryan Vasquez.
Don't see it if story and plot and character development are important to you.
