See it if you liked the movie or enjoy musicals. Brilliant costumes and wonderful songs (old and new). Very traditional musical feel.
Don't see it if you want an exact duplicate of the movie. It's a little sad/slow for very little children.
See it if you like thought provoking dramas or even if you just liked the movie. Superb acting.
Don't see it if you want a duplicate of the movie. The pacing isn't perfect either (but overall it's terrific).
See it if you like new musicals. Catchy songs, some great ensemble dance numbers (great ensemble!), and a veteran cast all with a good heart/message.
Don't see it if for some bizarre reason you don't approve of LGBTQ messages. Although in that case, maybe see it and learn something.
See it if you like anything musical/theatre. Excellent production. Most already know the score and story so just enjoy the production. Just delightful
Don't see it if you have a short attention span. It's a long show so little ones might have difficulties. Otherwise, really engaging.
See it if You like musicals. Edgy yet classic show. Superb dancing and visuals and great songs.
Don't see it if It’s a very visual show so if you prefer understated, this isn’t it. I would say it’s good for all ages except very young.
See it if You already know. The performers are stellar and the show is captivating. The music is rap/hip hop so don’t expect a Rogers & Hammerstein.
Don't see it if You’d rather see a golden age musical. This is new and innovative but not as family friendly or hummable as an older classic.
See it if you like short black comedies with relevance in today's society. Small cast of only 3 people.
Don't see it if you're looking for escapism. This is very moralistic dilemma and right from wrong and difficult decisions for non-fiction writing.
See it if you like history or musicals. The best ensemble cast I've ever seen with the best starring cast. INCREDIBLE dancing and singing.
Don't see it if you don't have time or attention. It's a long show (a little too long) and if you get up they don't let you back in the theatre.
See it if you like the movie, the story, have children, enjoy musicals or just theatre. This show is for absolutely everyone.
Don't see it if you don't want to enjoy yourself.
See it if You love the movie. It's exactly like the both, whether that's good or bad is up to you. It is a fun show with a talented cast.
Don't see it if You didn't like the movie. It'll be entertaining either way but possibly not worth the money if you didn't like the movie.
See it if You want a fun time at a show! It’s funny and heartwarming and just such a good time. The songs are catchy and the performers are great.
Don't see it if You want a family show. I don’t suggest young children or maybe the older generation (although my grandmother loves it).
See it if See it if you like live theatre or The Lion King. It’s a flawless show and I’ve now seen it thrice on Broadway in the past 20 years.
Don't see it if Just see it. I’ve taken boyfriends who calm to hate musicals and they loved it and I went as a child with my parents.
