See it if you respect imaginative undertakings and enjoy very good ensemble performances.
Don't see it if you like linear scripts and traditional staging. Also, if VERY LOUD nonsense syllables are distressing.
See it if you appreciate excellent acting. The interaction among the characters is seamless and riveting. Each actor totally inhabits his/her role.
Don't see it if you don't like political or emotional themes. At times it is a bit hard to follow as there is a lot going on.
Also I already have a ticket to see it a second time before it closes.
See it if you like to be drawn cleverly into the lives of people on the fringe through very good acting, in a very small, intimate venue.
Don't see it if you are easily offended and/or like more traditional storytelling.
See it if You like: Wonderful acting - the cast is in complete command of the material. Hilarious one-liners that you won't see coming. IDEAS.
Don't see it if You cannot follow dizzyingly rapid dialogue.
See it if you appreciate writing that is beyond wonderful: for three hours, there is nothing superfluous.
Don't see it if you cannot understand an Irish brogue or you cannot sit for 3 hours.
See it if you appreciate seeing women explore their own worth. It is in your face, but never offensive.
Don't see it if you are sensitive to frank language and unconventional staging.
See it if you remember Nichols & May. May delivers hilarity and pathos in equal measure and does not miss a line. The entire cast is excellent.
Don't see it if you do not care for the subject of the effects of dementia on a family.
See it if you like clever writing, performed by an actor who nails his part, and a child who performs with the chops of an adult.
Don't see it if you don't like child actors or small productions that make you think.
See it if you like a play with a point of view, particularly one which addresses the universal need for love and acceptance. If you like to laugh.
Don't see it if raunchiness and sexual language offend you.
See it if The acting is superb and due to inspired editing, you can actually follow the story line. The sight lines are excellent from any seat.
Don't see it if The miking is inadequate and, as it is in the round(ish), when the actors are facing away from you you cannot hear them.
See it if you like joyful, colorful and well performed musical theater.
Don't see it if you cannot follow action in more than one area of the stage.
