Funny, Relevant, Great acting, Great staging, Musically strong

See it if You like sophisticated, contemporary but melodic music and up to date subject matter.

Don't see it if You are uncomfortable with subjects related to LGBT.

Cliched, Disappointing, Overrated, Slow, Not up to radio city level

See it if you are willing to settle for a few moments of visual excitement. the fashion sequence is stunning.

Don't see it if you have memories of a great Radio City Spectacular. This just isn't up to snuff. The Rockette sequences are too short. it just doesn't go.

Clever, Entertaining, Great dancing, Refreshing, Great singing

See it if you like a small entertaining show with some insights into a famous personality. Dialogue is sometimes a little stilted, but still effective

Don't see it if you don't have patience with the energy sometimes being a bit plodding. It drags in spots.

Great writing, Must see, Original, Great acting, Great singing

See it if You want a near-perfect show. Great book, shape, music, individual performances and compelling story of a wonderful artist.

Don't see it if you want to miss one of the bet shows of the decade.

Great dancing, Overrated, Entertaining, Great staging, Fluffy

See it if You love dancing. It really should be called a ballet with songs. It's pretty to watch, but lacks dramatic (or comedic) intensity.

Don't see it if You want a real musical where the songs help drive the plot and characters are well-developed.

Riveting, Relevant, Profound, Must see, Great staging

See it if You want exciting theatre, relevant issues, more understanding of people who are different.

Don't see it if You don't want an incredible evening of theatre

Great staging, Thought-provoking, Relevant, Intelligent, Great singing

See it if you like a musical with substance that is also very entertaining. It's quite brilliant with great insight into some aspects of autism.

Don't see it if you're looking for perfection. The second act still needs some work. But it was still a great evening.

For a previous production
Absorbing, Great acting, Thought-provoking, Ambitious, Male casting weak

See it if you enjoy historic character-driven pieces. Cleverly staged and the women were very strong. Having one man play many characters weakened it.

Don't see it if you don't speak Spanish and don't want to deal with English sub-titles, though they weren't a problem for me.

Hilarious, Great writing, Delightful, Must see, Great singing

See it if you love Shakespeare, Musical Theatre or both. Pokes great fun at both genres, Individual performances are terrific.Prepare to laugh a lot

Don't see it if you don't want to have a good time. Only downside is the women's roles are a bit weak.

Overrated, Indulgent, Raunchy, Funny, Cliched

See it if You don't mind vulgarity and want some easy laughs. It is funny, but in a contrived way.Too derivative of other shows.

Don't see it if You're offended by vulgarity.

Disappointing, Overrated, Fluffy, Indulgent, Great singing

See it if You will appreciate excellent individual performances even in a rather superficial and musically weak treatment of some pretty heavy issues.

Don't see it if You want substance, music that has form and builds the plot, characters with depth. Staging is over-busy, going for comic effect.
