Also I wasn’t sure about this show because I didn’t enjoy the film but a friend suggested I see it and am glad I did. The main character was hilarious and so convincing in the role. The story was not deep but cute. The music & lyrics were great as was the choreography, staging & lights.

I am certain that every person who scored this play low did not read the Synopsis to appreciate how the author uses time to stage the scenes. The order in which the scenes are staged is an unappreciated aspect of what makes this a great play & why many completely miss its greatness.
