Don't see it if You have no empathy or expect a polished BWay production. The Bonnet is always a good time & bit of fun for the companies & audiences alike.
See it if I thought this was different, & absolutely delightful. How they staged Amelie's 'daydreams' was very clever. Phillipa Soo is warm & lovely.
Don't see it if You don't care for new works, ensemble pieces, or unusual methods of storytelling. It's not the greatest show out there, but I enjoyed it!
See it if You enjoy great writing, great staging/design, great acting and great teamwork. Hilarious and clever, with a wonderful ensemble.
Don't see it if You like happy endings. Upsettingly close to home. Actor who played Jordan was very good, but his speech/vocal technique really bothered me.

Don't see it if I have no reasons. Everyone should see this show!! I loved it.

See it if You want to see incredible performances by epic cast. Audra! Billy! Adrienne! The whole ensemble. Loved the tap, beautiful singing & acting.
Don't see it if The staging/structure of the show was inventive, but way they pieced it together was thin. Worth it to see incredible performances though.

See it if You want to experience a life-changing piece of theatre, love a strong ensemble, or want to witness Cynthia Erivo take your breath away!
Don't see it if JHud's vocals were flawless, but she looked like she didn't want to be there, which was disappointing, as the rest of the cast were living!

See it if You're a big kid, enjoyed the film, love exquisite costumes, or want to see magic/amazing ghost & snow effects. O'Connor steals the show.
Don't see it if You can't handle change. It's not the same as film. Some changes seemed unnecessary. The show seemed clunky, scenes didn't flow. Needs work.
See it if You enjoy epic circus skills and tricks, or want to witness a cast of quintuple threats! Glorious costumes. Old Hollywood at its best.
Don't see it if You can't ignore a thin storyline. It doesn't compare to other musicals on Broadway, but Cirque does circus well & Paramour is no different.
See it if You enjoy Williams' work, a good ensemble, or new, bare interpretations. Refreshing to see a disabled actor playing the part of Laura.
Don't see it if Look, it got better as it went. By the end I was left feeling that it was actually pretty good. Def missed the Southern accents though.
See it if You love old-school musicals. All the moving parts were great, the singing/acting/costumes/set etc. The Engineer was the stand-out by far!

See it if Great ensemble of actors. Funny script, delivered with their own flair. Left with the warm-&-fuzzies. LAURA. BENANTI. Flawless. That is all.
Don't see it if you dislike musicals that are more like plays. Would call this a play with songs. Loved the actors' intelligent & confident orig. choices!
See it if You love the Bard, enjoy watching a courageous team of actors, & refreshing, ingenious stagings of plays in a versatile & beautiful space.
Don't see it if You don't have patience, can't listen, and prefer seeing things performed the tried, traditional way. Warning, 4+ hrs in duration.
See it if You want to witness a powerful, emotional performance by Mr Langella. He somehow finds moments of humour in a sadly deteriorating mind.
Don't see it if You don't like leaving a show without a resolution. It definitely leaves you confused and questioning things, just like its protagonist.
See it if You appreciate theatre made on a budget. These guys did a pretty good job with a tiny space and the bare minimum. Lead actor was phenomenal!
