See it if you enjoy a good drama based around elements of practicing medicine, including psychiatry and psychotropic drugs.
Don't see it if you are overly sensitive to melodrama. It does get a wee bit convoluted and pedantic.

Don't see it if you don't like long monologues first in English and then repeated in German.
