See it if you want an entertaining song and dance show that will also give you an emotional gut punch.

Don't see it if you cant stand cliched jokes or plot devices. The book could use some work, but the rest of the show is superb

See it if you enjoy Guare's style of fast paced plot and dialogue, and enjoy tight stories. Hawkins is a standout and design elements are gorgeous.

Don't see it if you're looking for something profound. The piece feels less revelatory now than it did in its original production.

Don't see it if You want flashy/opulent design. The directorial concept involves horrendous ugly looking blocks. It doesn't work and is cumbersome.

See it if you want big spectacle, amazing stagecraft, pyrotechnic vocals, are bringing family etc (good for all ages)

See it if you like Nathan Lane. He is almost enough to save the play, but doesnt appear til act 2 (of 3). I didnt laugh once during all of act 1 (1hr)
