See it if I think the story is truly a classic if done well, but the run is over now so. Extremely personal to O' Neil.
Don't see it if IMO if you didn't see it, you didn't miss out. At all.
See it if You want to see truly great writing that earned a Pulitzer Prize in 1993. A fantastic, imaginative creation, brought to life here.
Don't see it if You don't care to sit for 4+ hours. That being said the play's depth, wit, hilarity, and darkness makes this something truly, truly special.
See it if You want to see what the FULL and LIMITLESS potential of theater can be when a thoughtful production team is behind the reins. Great design.
Don't see it if An exploration into drug use and what it stems from doesn't sound like the night you wanna have. [Insert Time and Conways joke here].
See it if You want to see amateurs of the stage-- you want to see actors flying through text without thinking about WHAT they're communicating
Don't see it if You've always been curious but never really wanted to experience what a truly bad all-around theater experience looks like
Also The incessant fake laughing was a plus for me, to be fair.
See it if You wanna see Denzel. I admit I wanted to see what he would bring.

See it if You want to see people discussing Chekhov and what a "great/not great/great/not great" writer he was.
Don't see it if Obscure literary jokes and "will they, won't they" comedic romances aren't your thing.
See it if You want to see the undeniable magnetism of Clive Owen, and a creation from the (usually) visionary Taymor.
Don't see it if You would prefer not to see an emotionally hollowed-out revival, an embarrassingly poor set, misguided direction--- a careless vision
