See it if ...you want a transformative, beautiful, hilarious, tragic theater experience full of brilliant writing and acting.

Don't see it if ...you have a very hard time understanding Irish accents. It's a fast-talking play with pretty strong dialects. But honestly, still go!

Also This show falls in the top three plays I've ever seen. I was so completely absorbed that I could have sat there for another 3 hours on top of its lengthy run-time. The acting was superb and the story was simultaneously gut-wrenching and laugh-out-loud hilarious. The production is also incredibly ambitious, with a gigantic cast that includes young children and live animals, and it was executed flawlessly. Don't see it if you are triggered by onstage gun violence or if you are looking for a laid back, relaxed night at the theater.

Also I thought the writing and acting were superb. The first scene felt too long and a bit heavy-handed on the exposition but once we got into the hour-long continuous scene between Sue Jean Kim and Ki Hong Lee that is the bulk of the play, I was fully engrossed and on the edge of my seat for the whole ride.... Read more Read less
