See it if you're a fan of more traditional sounding musicals but still want modern storytelling. Like to see comedies.
Don't see it if you require big dance numbers, don't like love triangles
See it if you want to see an R rated Sesame Street that deals with 20 somethings trying to figure out their lives using peppy tunes and comedy
Don't see it if you're easily offended and want an emotional rollercoaster from your show.
See it if It's the movie plus more emotional depth. Endless Night never fails to bring tears to my eyes. Great costumes.
Don't see it if you can't tolerate hearing a foreign language (some songs use native African languages), set is minimal to balance the ornate costumes.
See it if you like to poke fun at archetypes, want a funny comedy that strives to not take itself serious.
Don't see it if you feel religion or living conditions in third world countries aren't something you should laugh at.
See it if realllllly love 80s music
Don't see it if you like the music in musicals to add to and support the plot. Second act better than first.
