See it if you are interested in history, especially American history around the writing of the Declaration of Independence.
Don't see it if you are looking for large spectacle.
See it if You are curious to see this show. The acting and singing are excellent. It's Interesting to compare it to Hamilton.
Don't see it if If you want a light fluffy musical. It has more talking and fewer songs than you'd expect. And of course a serious topic.
See it if Great production. Incredible talent. Fontana is an outstanding lead and singer. Cudos to Larroquette too. Powerfully acted.
Don't see it if It's a (more than) concert version. Allows you to pay attention to the writing and the acting. For a musical there's long non-singing parts.
See it if u like issues & a tuneful score. A good "Encores!" show, tho wordy in 1st pt; jokes, C minus; some songs trumped up; Santino F: ++++.
Don't see it if It's gone now and unlikely to be brought to B'way.
See it if you want to see where Hamilton came from; if you like American history with a side of humor
Don't see it if you only want to see the founding fathers if they rap; there's a whole lot of talking and not a lot of singing here
See it if You love American history
Don't see it if You won't like seeing the original produced in modern day costume
See it if You want to see terrific performances by Santino Fontana and Bryce Pinkham and you enjoy history enough to forgive some corny jokes
Don't see it if You cannot enjoy a show that has relatively uninspired music and needs some trimming
