See it if You have kids and are looking to pass an afternoon. This is not a high-quality show, but kids may enjoy the Christmas songs
Don't see it if You want a high-quality Broadway experience. This is not great acting or singing.
See it if you are bored and have family to entertain

See it if I really can't come up with a good reason to see this. I suppose if you like dark musicals then it might be ok.
Don't see it if you like Charles Dickens. Somebody had the brilliant (NOT!!!) idea to take one of his greatest works and put music to it. It ruins it!
