About the show

A group of adults play twelve year olds in this sweet, lovely musical romp. More…

Following the misadventures of 12-year old Jennifer Jenkins, ‘Camp Kappawanna’ portrays the fear and excitement of leaving home for the first time. This lighthearted musical, inspired by Lisa Loeb’s own nostalgic summer camp memories, has an acoustic sound that will take you back to nights spent around the camp fire.

Absorbing, Hilarious, Great writing, Great acting, Great singing

See it if you enjoy a funny musical that is family-friendly yet has depth in the plot and characters along with good music and acting!

Don't see it if you want a show that is condescending to young audiences - it is a nice musical that is a great introduction to musical theater for kids.

See it if You want to laugh and remember your days at summer camp.

Don't see it if You never went to camp as a child.
