See it if the movie was adorable... the musical needs a “makeover”.

See it if you enjoy overly miked mediocre singing, music that sounds canned, and a story that was ruined by making it into a vapid musical.

Don't see it if you saw the movie...that is enough. Musical has lots of hip hop type dancing, empty headed high school kids. Very repetitious.
See it if you're missing '90s music (exactly!) so much - you're willing to hear it being butchered through 2.5 hours of cliched inane lyrics & acting

See it if you want a rather shallow look back at the 90's that borrows a lot of tunes from that era but with new, often unsuccessful lyrics.

See it if You want to someone who should never do musical theatre. The star girl lead, Dove, has a frozen face. Can not act at all.
