Idris Seabright is one demented dame. A 1950's Florida gargoyle with a penchant for painting still lifes, no matter how her subjects must be stilled, she's as handy with a hatchet as a brush and as rich as she is ruthless.

'Drop Dead Perfect' finds Idris torn between her ingenuous ward who has artistic aspirations, a well-endowed Cuban ex-con who may be her nephew, and her pill-pushing lawyer.

"While this overwrought tale of Idris Seabright, a wealthy woman in the Florida Keys has its madcap moments, they are too few and far between... It’s all very silly, but not quite silly enough." Full Review

New York Post

for a previous production "Someone please write Everett Quinton a vehicle worthy of his comic genius — because 'Drop Dead Perfect' ain’t it...Too bad 'innocuous' is, indeed, the best thing you can say about Erasmus Fenn’s overwrought, ’50s-set comedy...Quinton works like a madman to brighten up the clichéd material, and is a pleasure to watch." Ambitious, Clever, Disappointing, Entertaining

See it if you are ok with a few chuckles, instead of belly laughs

Don't see it if you want a more straight laced, no drag, kind of show

See it if you like campy and would enjoy an well-acted show

Funny, Indulgent, Cliched, Dated, Fluffy

See it if ...you're a fan of Charles Busch or the Accidental Theater Company. Seems like it would have been a hoot 30 years ago.

Don't see it if ...you're offended by men in dresses.
