Absorbing, Great acting, Great writing

See it if you are interested in a family drama (like the Humans) that focuses on Jewish heritage.

Don't see it if you want a quick moving comedy, while it is funny at times; it's definitely a drama.

Entertaining, Great acting, Great staging

See it if Funny and moving story overall. Socially relevant issues explored with (dark-ish) humor and warmth. Terrific cast. Beautiful set.

Don't see it if Second Act involved a little too many contrivances, undermining the admirable naturalism in First Act.

Family drama and dysfunction

See it if If family dramas with a heavy dose of religious and political commentary is your thing. Similar to The Humans or August Osage County

Don't see it if If you can't bear to endure another play focused on family dysfunction.. even if well written & riveting. Ending could really use some work

Absorbing, Great acting, Intelligent, Thought-provoking, Relevant

See it if You like watching families work through their dysfunctions, Jewish themes, Bush/Gore election narrative that is very relevant to today.

Don't see it if You have no interest in the political climate of 2000-01, dysfunctional families, dying family members.
