Frog & Peach Theatre Company presents Shakespeare's terrifying tragedy of blood, war, and witchcraft.

Lord and Lady Macbeth are very much in love. He's an extraordinary warrior who's tough, witty, and honorable. She's his lovely, charming soulmate who wants what's best for him. 'Macbeth' is the story of how they lose their souls in haunting, blood-spattered detail. When three strange witches appear with promises of greatness, Macbeth, fueled by ambition, performs unspeakable acts. One murder leads to another; and another, and still more in this shockingly modern tale of brutality, eroticism, and the supernatural.

Meh, Uneven, Disappointing

See it if You are primarily focused on Lady Macbeth, as she and the porter, are the most effective actors.

Disappointing, Amateur night shakespeare. it's not enough to just memorize the lines, you've got to deliver them with understanding and convey their meaning to the audience.

See it if You only want to check Macbeth off your list of Shakespeare plays you've seen and don't care about quality at all.

Don't see it if You would like to get some sense of why this is considered one of Shakespeare's greatest plays. You won't get it here.

Don't see it if No nuance to the characters or words. Boring staging and production. Cringe-worthy delivery. The best actors weren't in the top roles.
