Nice set & projections, Disappointing, Badly directed, Poorly acted, Excruciating

See it if A very interesting story. A hit-job on Bess Myerson's narcissism, bad mothering and her love-life. Lacks personal details or insights.

Don't see it if you hate badly written monologues that are constantly interrupted by phone calls.

A few laughs, Disappointing, Tries too hard

See it if You're a Bess Myerson fan - or maybe not, since she's bashed throughout in a show that's not stage-worthy & tries too hard for laughs.

Don't see it if you have anything better to do. Really, stay home and save your $$.

Emotional, Funny, Hilarious, Clever, Absorbing

See it if You like one woman shows talking about their mother Miss America. If you like to hear that Mothers response.

Don't see it if You could careless about Any Miss America, even the classiest and more famous. Or if you don't wanna hear any bad-talk about Miss A 1945.

Charming, personal, moving and heart-felt

See it if you remember Bess Meyerson & would like to hear about her from her daughter, if you like one-person shows, &if you enjoy lots of reminiscing

Don't see it if you are looking for anything splashy, tech, or big production. This is a very low key, but clever show about a sad story,

See it if A true story of the self-esteem issues arising from a daughter’s publicly revered but wounded mother would have relevance for you.

Don't see it if You aren’t interested in a behind-the-headlines one woman show exposing a painful life.

Also This brave piece explores the issues that daughters of narcissists hav... Read more Read less
