"Ordinary Days" is a comic and inspiring musical about making simple connections in a chaotic city. It is a sweet, fleet, and tender story that follows its characters as they fight through the emotional noise and dramatic traffic to arrive at a clearer sense of who they are and what they want to be.
See it if You enjoy chamber musicals. Enjoy JRB, Finn, Sondheim, K&L. Want to see something that feels light but not vapid.
Don't see it if You're completely over stories about New York and how living there kills your soul while simultaneously inspiring you.
See it if You love small, sung-through, inoffensive musicals that are about everyday life and sound like Jason Robert Brown-lite.
