Ambitious, Confusing, Dated, Great acting

See it if all you care about is good acting and good design.

Don't see it if you are easily confused by dense plays and plays that are written non-linearly.

Slow, Disappointing, Confusing

See it if you want to see a poor production of this play. I think it was the directing. Actors certainly tried hard.

Don't see it if you're smart.

Ambitious, Dated

See it if You like David Hare, and want to see all his work. This, while well written, is not well presented, the central role in particular.

Confusing, Slow, Disappointing

Don't see it if Need to leave the theater with a clear understanding of what a play is saying or why it was revived.

Slow, Edgy, Disappointing, Poor direction, Poor execution

See it if you like this very talented cast, though there is a serious lack of chemistry; you did not see the original play with the original cast.

Don't see it if you want wonderful direction and acting, though the actors work hard; you want a meaty play that draws you into its story and characters.

Confusing, Slow, Great acting

See it if you like slow moving period pieces

Don't see it if you had an entirely sleepless election night & this is the first thing you see- Nov 9th matinee. Act 1 is a heavy-lidded blur.Caffeine helps
