Ambitious, Resonant, Great singing, Relevant, Rare

See it if you're a fan of A Raisin in the Sun; you want to see a solid production of this rarely-produced 1974 Best Musical. Important history.

Don't see it if you wouldn't be interested in a musicalized version of the play. But you'd be missing out.

Ambitious, Masterful, Great singing and choreography, Dated, Resonant

See it if You are interested in a fully staged version of this rarely seen classic, artfully wedged into a small venue in Queens. Well worth the trip.

Don't see it if You can't tolerate some uneven acting/ singing in an overall excellent production, or you can't tolerate a long trip to a small theater.

Entertaining, Great acting, Great singing

See it if you enjoy revivals, appreciate great singing, acting, and dancing.

Don't see it if you have an issue traveling to Queens, although, it is not far from Manhattan.

Resonant, Great acting, Absorbing, Ambitious

See it if you liked the original, like Raisin in the Sun, want to see a big musical performed in a small venue.

Don't see it if you are looking for a big production or don't like the subject of racism.

Delightful, Great singing, Refreshing, Well done

See it if you want to see a professional performance of the musical of Raisin In the Sun performed by Queen's finest theater group, beautifully staged

Don't see it if you don't enjoy musical versions of classic plays even though this is totally professional and has not been seen since the original.

Resonant, Thought-provoking, Refreshing, Relevant, Rare gem

See it if you'd like to see a considered, thoughtful revival of this rarely performed, historically significant musical based on a masterpiece play.

Don't see it if you're not willing to "do the homework" as an audience member. Or if you're racist, I guess (unless it would knock some sense into you).
