Meh

See it if you like Quinn. He's engaging as affable, as usual.

Don't see it if you're expecting him to say anything that hasn't been said before.

Some insights/some laughs, False equivalency premise, Disappointing, Subpar delivery (mumbling)

See it if you love CQ's crusty, tough persona. He aims for provocation, but he EQUALLY blames Dems/Reps for current mess. Where's he been for 2 years?

Don't see it if you want political enlightment. Watch Colbert, SamB, Trevor, Seth, JohnO for funny and smart. CQ makes FUN of libs for worrying about Nazis.

Also Doesn't he know that neo-Nazis killed a yg woman...which didn't bother... Read more Read less

Disappointing, Cliched, Uninspired, Slow, Predictable

See it if You’re a fan of Colin Quinn’s humor because that’s what you get here...nothing new or unique, fresh or imaginative.

Don't see it if You’re hoping for anything fresh or a new slant on the same old Red vs Blue political stuff already out there.

Also I saw this during previews so I’m not knocking off for the really poor... Read more Read less

Comedy is not fresh, Lacking energy and unpolished, Dated despite pretense of topicality

See it if You must see everything Colin Quinn does or enjoy not-very-sharp stabs at political humor. These 80 minutes felt like Quinn's time is up.

Don't see it if Want incisive humor in general or one-liners you haven't heard before, are unconcerned performer doesn't seem to care much about any of it.

Also I saw this early in previews and perhaps that's why Quinn seemed unreh... Read more Read less

Dated, Entertaining, Indulgent

See it if You like comedians who seem "liberal" but still complain about "snowflake" behavior. You want a comedian's read on the flaws on all sides.

Don't see it if You want a tight, crisp show that punches up.

Amusing, Politcally toothless, Manic not magic

See it if you are a fan of Quinn's humor, his garbled & rushed speech, politically inoffensive & without a 2 drink minimum

Don't see it if you want something really hilarious & risky; want to be challenged, enlightened or otherwise given food for thought

Also SPOILER ALERT: The 'jokey' resolution of our present state of divisive... Read more Read less

See it if you enjoy Colin Quinn, non-offensive political humor, one person shows, stand-up comedy.

See it if You’re into “classic” standup comedy; anti-social-media; amused by geographically-based jokes; feel anxious about AI and hi-tech

Unoriginal, Disappointing, Rambling, Reductive, Says nothing you haven't already heard

See it if this is more for an older (60+) crowd; jokes were mostly low-hanging fruit & weren't anything I'd never heard before. This show feels dated.

Don't see it if This was rambly, unfocused, and felt like it could be a comedy special from 2009. The writing & delivery lacked sharpness.

Disappointing, Slow, Some funny one-liners

See it if you are a fan of Colin Quinn. I had high expectations and laughed about some funny one-liners but unfortunately didn't find it too memorable

Don't see it if you have high expectations that you can talk about it afterwards for days to come or expect some new political insight.

For blue state audience, Reductive, Dated style and approach, Occasionally funny, Fully prepared?

See it if you enjoy Colin Quinn or overly familiar blue state political humor - with an exception or two. For a blue state audience.

Don't see it if you don't want politics, a strong delivery and approach or something new or unheard. You need fresh jokes not used by other comedians.

Disappointing, Intermittent big laughs but not enough to sustain momentum

See it if You don’t mind an uneven show with a few big laughs

“In a smart, if sometimes shaggy, monologue that ponders an ideologically riven nation, Quinn is not firmly allied to one side or another...He comes across as the kind of guy you might like to have a beer with, which may be as much of a plus in a comedian as it is in a politician. Unlike a politi...
