See it if you want to see how a show progresses. Compare this to the rewrite it needs. There is very little sense of drama. And not much scrabble.
Don't see it if you want a finished book & lyrics. The music is solid. And the theater has great air conditioning.
See it if you like "Rock of Ages"-style (but original, not jukebox) music & a story rife with caricatures & cheesy humor that feels forced at times.
Don't see it if you prefer a compelling story with characters that feel real rather than stereotypical & campy. Some catchy & well-performed songs, though.
See it if You think stereotypical representations of minority groups is 'diversity'

See it if you're looking for a great night out. Cute concept, executed well. Felicia Finley is OUTSTANDING. Would be great for an Off Bway transfer.
