See it if uplifting story about the hardship of a cancer diagnosis/treatment. Lots of heart, laughter, tears, emotion and camaraderie. Jen Colella!

Don't see it if you would rather not see a show about the effects of cancer on the patient & friends/family. Not a finished product but has potential.

See it if you want to see why theater can positively work with a negative subject

Don't see it if you want to see in detail all the pain a person diagnosed with an aggressive disease goes through

See it if You’d enjoy a clever, funny, poignant look at one woman’s journey with Cancer. It’s an homage to living. Great cast!

Don't see it if You can’t appreciate humor thrown at a very serious medical diagnosis.

See it if Jenn Colella was phenomenal. If you've dealt with serious illness, it is relatable. Serious themes with a humorous touch.

Don't see it if you are offended by cancer addressed in a comedic way. Some songs didn't work for me at all, others were very moving.

Also This was a staged reading. I could see a full production having a run in a off-Broadway theater with some work. Talkback with creator after the show provided some interesting insight.... Read more Read less

See it if you can!! This was a once-in-a-lifetime reading. Great cast! and it was wonderful to have a Q&A with the producer/originator.

Don't see it if You can't deal with the subject of [breast] cancer. Otherwise, see it if you can!!

See it if you can enjoy an amazing story of personal growth through adversity set to great music.

Don't see it if you dislike stories involving illness or the life of a person with cancer.

See it if you've been hit with bad news that knocks you off-kilter; this was a lighthearted take on a serious subject, but it somehow worked. Also,

See it if you enjoyed Come From Away and Dear Evan Hansen. This is an exceptionally well written play that was brilliantly acted. Bravo to Jenn & cast

Don't see it if you require a fully staged play. Even without costumes and theatrical staging this play is a winner.

See it if You love musicals-there are quite a few memorable songs.

See it if you like great singing; interesting lyrics; good ensemble cast. You are able to look at serious illness with humor. Agree should play as is.

Don't see it if perhaps if you or someone close is dealing with Cancer. Not sure I can recommend to someone like that, though I bought the CD to give.

See it if you enjoy funny lyrics and dialogue while deftly exploring a deadly serious topic

See it if you are ok with seeing amazing actors expertly read through their roles.

Also The reading that I saw had, apparently, been cut for time. I wonder if part of what was cut was what seemed to be missing. For about five minutes at the beginning of the show we saw a bit of what her life had been like, but there wasn't time for a lot of character development. It's harder to be as invested in things like watching as her marriage struggles when we never got to see them as a happy couple. Also Jenn Colella was amazing. The cast members pulled it together with only 6 hrs of rehearsal. Beautiful ballads, some funny tunes, show needs some editing. Could see it as an off-broadway piece.
