An amazing cast is a joy to behold, A time-capsule ripe for an update, A perfect spanish language adaptation

See it if You enjoy comedies where gender roles are strictly segregated to their two classic stereotypes: the womanizer and the scheming sinful woman.

Don't see it if You feel offended by comedies that continue to celebrate stereotypical gender roles. Read more

Delightful, Great design, Entertaining, Funny, Great acting

See it if You want to see a clever plot in an intimate setting, you are interested in familial themes, or you'd like to support Latino/as in the arts.

Don't see it if You dislike Spanish/foreign languages, you're opposed to watching questionable marriages onstage (similar to Shakespeare's bed trick plays). Read more

See it if you speak Spanish or can read subtitles the play is funny, with pathos and wisdom mixed in. A full house loved this show!

Thought-provoking, Clever, Great acting, Profound, Exquisite

See it if You speak Spanish. If you value superb acting and a very well written play. A drama dealing w patriarchy, abuse and socioeconomic disparity

Don't see it if You don’t speak Spanish. depth will get lost in translation. You Need big production with special effects. want a light comedy (it’s not!)

Confusing, Difficult to read translation screen, Dated, Great acting, Funny

See it if You like broad comedy. Zulema Clares has superb comic skills. The rest of the cast are also admirable. The set is clever and attractive

Don't see it if You need translation. Formerly it was possible to watch the stage & read. Now a single overhead monitor means missing action to read.

Entertaining, Clever

See it if Fun night out, full of laughs, not trying to be anything more than it is. Zulema Clares remains one of the best actors in the city.

Don't see it if Rapid-fire back and forth dialogue, if you're Spanish isn't up to par you'll do a fair amount of reading on a sometimes-delayed supertitle.
