The Gallery Players present this farce set to music about the Steinberg wedding, where anything that can go wrong does, and love pops up in mysterious places. It’s a wedding day you’ll never forget! More…
The bride is Jewish. The groom is Catholic. Her mother is a force of nature. His mother is a tempest in a cocktail shaker. And, when the bride’s ex-boyfriend crashes the party, the perfect wedding starts to unravel faster than you can whistle “Here Comes the Bride!” This is a musical comedy for anyone who ever had parents.
See it if you enjoy so-so community theater in a so-so show, though the cast worked hard at it and there were moments of greatness.
Don't see it if you are bothered by an unevenly matched cast, you require professional production values (not a negative as you get what is expected).
See it if You enjoy old-fashioned, Borscht Belt style humor.
Don't see it if You have trouble hearing. The band was mixed WAY too high and the younger male leads all had problems with diction, pitch, and volume.
