"'Flamenco Sin Título' is an unfussy show, a meeting of dance and music and dance-as-music without the kind of narrative pretense that sometimes burdens flamenco productions. Experts in the slow build, the performers repeatedly take us from somber, reflective depths to jovial heights during the evening’s 10 sections...Ninety minutes is a lot for one dancer to carry, but Ms. Pericet’s personas manage just fine."

"It’s an uneven program all the same. Despite the musicians, whose simple dynamism draws on flamenco’s emotion, 'Flamenco Untitled' feels too premeditated from the start. Also jarring are two sections set to recorded music…The most memorable section highlights her spectacular agility with a fringe shawl, which she whips around her slim shoulders, whirls into sideways and even spins its ends like propellers. As costume dramas go, it’s a marvel."
