See it if you like good old story telling with few props and no set. A very New York story

Don't see it if you expect elaborate set and custumes

See it if you are lucky enough to live in a rent regulated apartment in NYC.

Don't see it if you are a trust fund kid or a wall street wunderkind.

See it if You'll enjoy a NYC based tale. I'm usually biased against one-man shows but this delivered.

See it if you enjoy "Fringe" shows; you are entertained by a (somewhat) sad story about a man who learns to play the rent control system in NYC

Don't see it if one man shows are not your thing; silly impersonations annoy you; you have no tolerance for "Fringe" type entertainment.

See it if you're looking for a good laugh, an "only in New York" story.

Don't see it if you don't like one-person shows, you want a high-minded story.

See it if you want to support an actor who is industrious enough to write his own vehicle. Although the plot was intriguing, the characters were not.
