Disappointing, Confusing, Repetitive, Fine dancing, Muddled

See it if you like interesting dance sequences; supernatural elements; some good voices. Always a pleasure seeing Irina D. She elevates the material.

Don't see it if you want a show with a consistent flow that's easy to follow & characters that you care about.

Ambitious, Disappointing, Overrated, Confusing, Fluffy

See it if you want to see how a great idea for a show just does not evolve to its potential.

Don't see it if you want to see a show still trying to find itself.

Lovely dancing, Painful, Cliched writing, Slow, Amaturish

See it if you are a fan of ballet. Irena D. is exquisite and there are some lovely dance sequences. If you want to support new works.

Don't see it if even if you like dance, this is still hard to sit through. It was painfully slow, with banal, cliched lyrics and dialogue.

Also If I hadn't enjoyed the dance sequences as much as I did, the score wo... Read more Read less

Ambitious, Thought-provoking, Great dancing, Creative

See it if You like dance performances, or enjoy unique performances in small settings with creative use of minimal staging.

Don't see it if You need big productions with fancy staging, or only like musicals with catchy songs and strong lyrics.

Enchanting, Ambitious, Cliched

See it if you like concept musicals, ghosts, well-done ballet, and more multi-method presentation of musicals.

Don't see it if you expect musicals to mostly be composed of songs that work and provide highlights. Are bothered by characters that are a bit flat.

Also For me this musical had elements that could have allowed it to be a ho... Read more Read less

Cliched, Insipid, Disjointed

See it if you're enamored with pas de deux ballet. The dancers moved well together.

Don't see it if you're looking for a good show. The musical aspect and the dance interludes clashed, the plot was awful, and the music was forgettable.

Ambitious, Stronger choreography than direction, Talented cast, Weak music, Long

See it if you enjoy seeing gorgeous dancers - and a cast trying to make a new show work.

Don't see it if you need a fully cooked show. You need strong music, inventive choreography or seamless musical execution. still unsure of itself and slow.

Also First act ran almost 1 1/2 hours - prior to the 15 min intermission. ... Read more Read less

Clever, Confusing, Great dancing, Ambitious, Slow

See it if you're interested in seeing interpretative ballet interwoven into a musical plot

Don't see it if you are unsympathetic toward adulterers, you were expecting it to be more dance intensive, or you value good songwriting and song-timing.

Also My biggest issue was that the show didn't provide any sort of "i want"... Read more Read less

Great voices, Great bodies, Simple story

See it if you are looking for a show with nice voices and some very sexy bodies.

Don't see it if you want a compelling story. it was a bit boring story, though the actors putt 110 % into the production, the lines were cliche, and silly.

Ambitious, Disappointing, Insipid, Banal, Pretentious

See it if you can enjoy watching dance even though the story is very week and frustrating. The performance is not bad.

Don't see it if you expect a good love/mysterious story with music. Despite a bit of Japanese-influenced story and stage, It uses Chinese gong. Oh, no!
